Salubrious Saturday – How Cooking Can Change Your Life

Well I never could imagine more of a motivation to cook for myself. Yes, it is so much easier to run to McDonald’s for a quick and very tasty meal but who knew what they did to it. Excessive amounts of sugar and salt are used to enhance the flavor but they are also highly addictive, driving you to return for more and more. Mmmm….The thought of an Angus quarter pounder is appealing with a side of extra crispy fries, but I’m going to have to rethink that. Enjoy!
